That meeting he had with Sr to air out his grievances. Vinny told the truth about how he felt but Sr didn't buy it. Sr seems to have held a grudge about the way Vinny resigned. The lawyer's notice rubbed him wrong. But I guess that's how Vinny had to do it to legally quit the show.

Very nice PJD themed production bicycles.

They were conceptualized using Solidworks design software exactly like Jason does it at OCC. Doesn't make sense Jr being so adamnent against computer aided design on his PJD-OCC production venture yet he is eager to design a bicycle using this method.
