They were conceptualized using Solidworks design software exactly like Jason does it at OCC.
Doesn't make sense Jr being so adamnent against computer aided design on his PJD-OCC production venture yet he is eager to design a bicycle using this method.

I thought the same thing. He won't design a Motorcycle with drawings, but he thought it was a great idea to sit down with the client and run up the same type of drawings to design a bicycle.

I think it has alot to do with the attitudes that are present when Junior is trying to work with a C.A.D.-C.A.M. designer... After all you figure it was the regime of Jason-Quinn-Stevie-an MIKE A that where they feel they can to better, since they are using to program to imagine the Bike... I was amazed that he was proudly showing that he could work on a production style product, and work with a designer willing to accomodate his more eccentric creativity...
Yes because the main bike was built and all the guys had to do was downsize what Jr has already done, so of course they would use software to draw the bicycles.

That, too, was the first thought to strike my mind..... He needs to dine on a plate-full of "practice what you preach", instead of "do as I say, and not as I do"...
it's completely different, the bikes are built and they are just sorta making mini versions
But Jr used Solidworks to visualize his concept before producing the first bicycle. If you notice in the episode, the graphic designer scrolled thru several different combinations before Jr chose the one he liked best. There were posters hanging in the background with dozens of design variations printed on them.
