Is this going to be much like a JR Vs. SR. Type of reality programming.  Where GMG competes in builds or Hijinks between the two shops?!?!?  Is it going to be on DSC also?!?!?

The preview from next week is Richard pulling his hair out that his old garage is being leased to Scott and the boys like he is worried about competition. The competition is for fans, its not a money thing anymore. Richard throws money around that will really end up forcing Fired up garage to show more expertise on repairs instead of just throwing money at projects. I really think the projects scott does are more of what we want to see. I really hope there is not a cash register tape at the end to show how bad he screws his buyers.

 Just IMO(Insane)M

Sounds like a dramatic story much like a story of a young (former) employee striking out on his own course.  Hopefully this adds some spice to the show, but ???? what are they going to do if Fired UP Garage becomes much like another show that had it little run until everyone went nicety-nice an went down in a burning flame-out crash in the ratings war.

Also, P.S. Going completely off the Rails(To Crazy Train).  Will this have another build-off between the two shops in a high Dollar client or a Build-Off between Jr., GMG, an Scott's garage. or any combination of Shops.  Maybe even more bizarre would be Austin Speed Shop come back to try another season that ends in a build-off with fellow shops.

BTW..  After posting this, the nice men fitted me with this really cool jacket that tied in the back

I commented on a pic they showed of a fuel pump installation on a rusty frame, I asked if they clearcoated the petina Scots response, clearcoat ruins good petina.

Scott originally responded to me that he left GMG in 2009 and started his own business. He has recently posted pictures of his new shop, looked like at least 4 or 5 stalls. Showed his wife welding some big valve parts together as what seemed to be a side job. It was pretty well known that the little green garage was just the set for GMG since they had been inside their "new" building for a while before they claimed they were going Teutel style into too big of a shop. So if they make it a few seasons, I would not be surprised if they "move" into their new shop too. Maybe the little green garage is a bigger place than they showed before, but it really didnt look like it, Richard had his outhouse for an office.

So I am pretty sure we will see sue with scots projects, but I really doubt they pose competition for getting the next corporate build.

I thought the "Green Garage" or "OLD GMG" is:

?!Party__2_.JPG

Now it is the set for "Scott's Garage"?!?!?!? Because I thought was always Phipps auto which has been a "Business" on their site that they been around since "1973".

I know that Phipps worked in or for GMG in the early episodes, an by facebook page ??STILL?? work on projects for GMG.

It is, Phipps is leasing it to Scot now. I think its just for taping. Its like I was saying about Jr's building being a set.

Jr's shop was originally a outbuilding of OCC, I believe.  It was in the one episode that they pick a frame for Gt500E bike.  They went to that shop to get frame an came back an ran the golf cart into side of OCC trailer.  Was the multi-episode that was at the end moving into the digs before OCC headquarters now.

Does Phipp's work with one or currently work with either one.  I was on facebook or twitter page for the shop an pictures were showing shots of projects of Gas Monkeys, even a shot about decorating a Dragster in GMG paraphernalia for the NHRA event in the TX area.

Way it looks on that site makes me personally feel like Aaron is glorified actor playing a "Real" mechanic.  Basically what Junior was long ago until he had Rick or the other to do all the grunt work.

Well... Thanks A.I.,

Last nights show put a nice refresh to the show.  Seeing how its one of RR's best competitors an a follower car flipper.  To have a friendly animosity between the former client an GMG is a stroke of genius.

It's what clearly should've happened to A/C after all the I love but "Let's sorta get back in bed together on A/C didn't happen.

Them stitching episodes together was funny seeing the black 68' Camaro undone for SONIC was priceless.  Who are editing these episodes.  Certain time you see former projects or cars sitting in Richard catch-all at Phipp's Garage.  I think I even seen the 31' sedan from season one on a lift in shop this episode.

Its more confusing that I thought thats for sure. Tom is the money guy finding cars, Scot is back to pretending to work for the guy when he runs his own deal.

scotrodsgarage.com/

Dopey Justin and Tom for entertainment value. Even the phipps call to richard to clear his stuff out surely means he is in on it. You are paying for the space and here we go having Scot pretend to be working for a guy again.

I thought this was all scots show. Now its more like Vinnie running his shop working for Jr.

Is this new turn in the storyline to all the blowback from the loss of Tom an the other former employees.  The fans seem very irate that these characters lost job working for GMG.

Got this response from Scots wife.

Kimberly Mcmillan: Scot helped get the show fast n loud started and put his business on hold. He quit the show to reopen his business. Discovery contacted him and wanted to do a show with him and the guys that got fired from gas monkey. He's not working for anyone other than discovery.

yeah, the storyline works, just feeling duped. Didnt even give them a time slot of their own, just the second hour of fast and loud. richard is back there again on next weeks preview.

As of last week it was fired up garage, I just saw this misfits title just came up first last thursday.

Scot is getting his merch on air, aarons nephew works for him at his real garage. Just dont get this scripting reality cycle we are on.

I was amazed Richard bought a Mopar.  Would've loved to see them do a GMG resto-mod on it.... OOPS!! Oh wait...  Mopar's use torsion bars, an I don't think you can just cut the coils to lower the stance.

Would love the competition do a A-body 'Cuda or Valiant, Demon, or Duster. or a early mid 60's B-body, Polara, Belvedere, Coronet, fast back 66-7 Charger.
