That one is shocking for a transformation of the show. Maybe Senior felt that Mike A. as far as style design wise that h wasn't living up to the hype. Funny how really that the true pucker-up is still setting the design trends at O.C.C.
Inever thought that Mike A's forte was design. He was however a solid mechanic. Actually I would much rather see Nick or Christian anyway. Pohl is good at what he does but it would benefit the process if he would collaborate with Rick or the engineer, Jim Quinn.
It might have cost Mike to bump up Rick to the lead fab guy. Mike second guessed too much and rick would usually be looking over at what he was doing. Sure does not sound like he was upset about it.

Rick probably would not say anything bad about Mike A anyway. Rick has always stayed out of the shenanigans. He would not even say anything bad about Junior.

Just daying he probably wont miss him.

I watched the new show last night and talked about it a little bit on another thread. Steve and Ron are still on the show; but there wasn't a very big crew that I saw. But then there are a few employees that I follow: Rick, Christian and (I never get his name right) the guy who hired on the same time as Christian. I said in my other message that the show didn't look right. Part of it was that it was too orchestrated. And having the guys sit on a stool and talk smack about (mostly) Evan. I liked it more casual; like when Evan was getting ****y about Rick and Christian just mentions that Rick doesn't like him (Evan).
