A little info about Kensington Avenue, also known as "the K": Kensington Ave is the main street for one of the worst sections in Philadelphia. Two years ago, the area was victimized by a serial killer nicknamed "the Kensington Strangler"; who murdered three prostitutes know to frequent the area. "The K" is nationally famous as the streetwalker capitol of the USA, and has drawn so much attention that the Philadelphia PD dedicated an entire police district to cleaning up the area..

At 2:12, EdBassmaster unknowingly presents a rose to "*Courtney", one of the women of the streets, the video is now (locally) viral, and was discussed on Philadelphia talk radio this evening. *Courtney was identified by one of the callers to the show. When asked how the gentleman knew who/what she was, he replied, "trust me, I just know".
