In october. MAVTV is got something to do with Forrest Lucas of Lucas Oil in drag racing.

Interesting deal though from Stacy's facebook page

Stacey David’s GearZ® is pleased to announce that beginning in October, your favorite episodes of GearZ will be airing on MavTV.
A message from Stacey:

Many actually told us they were looking for shows that featured stupidity and buffoonery, as opposed to quality, intelligent programming. That’s why we are very excited to be moving GEARZ to MavTV! They not only understand the gearhead mentality and embrace the lifestyle, but actually have a plan and a vision to build a network that Americans want to see. With the growth of MAVTV exploding, it won’t be long before MAV becomes THE destination for automotive programming. We look forward to being in the middle of that!!.”

MavTV is an entertainment cable and satellite television channel, focused towards an "action-oriented family audience", and featuring films, motorsports and other acquired series programming. MAVTV is currently available to 65 million homes and has 26.5 million subscribers with deals in place that will put them over 70 million avails and 30 million subscribers by the end of the year. MAVTV can be found in the US on Cablevision, Charter Communications, GCI in Alaska, select cable systems within the Caribbean Co-op, Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Dish Network, DirecTV and C-Band Satellite.

Check out our old studio... we had a lot to do and we're getting close to completing the move. We should be beginning the new studio within the next few weeks and getting back to work on the projects. For all those wayward wanderers out there who need an update & haven't heard -- we will be making an announcement SOON about our future network plans. Lots of exciting things in store for the future! Makes me think that PJD with the Banner signs might have been the studio, remember when Paulie was thrown off the set? Maybe it is common practice.

it lets you enter zip and provider to find the channel.

I had to move up a package to get hockey playoffs on versus, who ends up leaving for nbc sports anyway.

It was more interesting for me about the set comment. I wonder if there are liability deals with going to peoples shops. Look at gas monkey, going to the little old garage again while lying that scott mcmillian was still working there when he opened his own shop two years before the show started, just to ultimately moving the show into the big building people say they already had.

What is MAV Tv Not in my line-up as far as it goes.  I can't move up to HD to get velocity, just isn't in the budget.  Maybe if it was a extra twenty at tops, but i'd rather have a movie package than goto the HD package to gain one channel.

According to that lookup tool, Comcast does not provide the channel in my area.  They do provide addresses so I can DEMAND that Comcast put it on offer.
