I still retain the memory of when Edith damaged a priest's car with a "can of cling peaches in heavy syrup"...... That was when TV was worth watching... The last time which I saw her on TV was in one of the first episodes of "Everybody Loves Raymond", portraying his mother's sister - who was angered by her treatment at Raymond's wedding. The stars of our childhood/young adulthood are leaving us at an all too rapid rate. Goodbye Jean....

That Show reminded me of my grandfather, and now my father with the inane blowharded comments an the loving wife making amends for how big a ass the better half made himself. Watching the guns editoral clip of Archie sounding like it could've been as current as of today
