The Devil's Ride, another of DC's made up reality shows, returns for Season 2 on Feb. 18th.

I know that this show is all BS, but I enjoyed the first season anyway. Kind of like grabbing a big bowl of popcorn and watching John Carpenter's Dark Star (it's like Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, in space) for the umpteenth time (it helps to be under the influence). Turn off the brain cells, and ride it out.

It seems that "Sandman" may not be around for season 3.

I tried, I really tried with that show.  It set off my BS meter and the backup "do you think I'm stupid?" alarm.  I want to know what the executives of Discovery Channel are smoking, because they should be able to afford better than the cheap ****.  It makes me sad to see what this once cutting edge network has devolved into.

The only thing about that show that had a nanogram of honesty about it was that you couldn't describe any of the people involved (especially that guy) without using the word "hole" somewhere in the description.

"The San Diego, Calif., biker ... is facing an attempted murder rap after allegedly stabbing a man during a burglary on Dec. 22. ...Johnston is due to be arraigned Jan. 11 ... on charges of attempted murder, burglary, making criminal threats, reckless driving and several vehicular infractions."

At least it's nice to see "destiny" in action. I hope he enjoys wearing the color orange.

Clothes don't make the man - The man makes the clothes ... .... ..... and license plates, birdhouses, and shanks.

There's a show on now (I haven't watched it) called something like 'Ghost Mining', which mixes ghost hunting and gold mining. I considered throwing the TV away.

What state are these gangs in? In California male inmates wear denim jeans and light blue shirts (I can't think of the name of the shirts now--I think cambray though) or white tee shirts. I retired 12 years ago so it may have changed but I don't think it would be that drastic. The female inmates were able to wear most of their own clothes; at least at the California Institution for Women, the only state women's prison up until the end of the 20th century. The only thing they couldn't wear; and this goes for the male inmates too, is tee shirts with logos.

At one time at CIW, the woman were allowed to keep so many clothes it took hours to search their cells. Nobody did anything about it until my new boss arrived on the scene to start the process of bringing CIW back "on line" with the men's prisons. He was a former Department of Corrections Director and he was a hoot to work for!!!! Anyway he and another male executive were scaling down the amount of clothes woman could keep in their cells. I and the Warden's secretary were helping them. The men thought that the amount of pj's the women had was fine; both Alberta and I told them that we didn't have that many pj's and we didn't know any women that did. It was an interesting venture but we did cut down the amount of clothes the women could have. They did have the ability to wash their clothes so there was no reason for all that stuff. We also got them to make arrangements for women's wedding rings (they couldn't keep jewelry in prison except their wedding rings). What the inmates were doing is their diamond rings would get stolen and they would put in claims for huge costs for the replacement of those rings. I told my boss I didn't think they should have the diamonds in prison in the first place and Alberta agreed with me. The compromise was the ring couldn't cost over $250 for the set. And yes back then they could hold the state responsible for their belongings.

I was wondering why "Gypsy" wasn't shown in the promo's for the 2nd season, so I did some checking. It seems that he was arrested in Aug., just before filming for the second season started. The arrest was for "lewd acts on a minor", ie. a step child.

Here's one of the stories :

The site also has other stories about the "Club".

finally saw this, billy the kid the president that abandoned the club returned and triple teamed a prospect to get his cut. People all over the amish mafia should be all over this one too, but if they believe Amish will allow tv cameras to follow them around, I guess they believe real bikers will allow cameras to follow them around.

This has little to do with the price of tea in China, however, approximately thirty years ago, I was traveling Route 340, near Bird-in-Hand, Lancaster County, and saw tourists attempting to photograph an Amishman gathering bales of hay (similar to in this video).  The next thing that I saw was the Amishman "charging" the four-Belgian team" towards the photographer and his car. The car wore New York tags.

While the Amish are "peaceful", I do believe there are some whose fuse is a bit shorter than most.

this is a copy of a post I left on another site. I thought I'd share it here as well. I think it's hilarious.

It looks like the 'clubhouses' for both the Laffing Devils and the Sinister Mob are only 100 yards or so apart. More proof (as if we needed any) that the show is a fabrication of the production company. Thanks to an inquisitive poster on IMDB and google maps we have an aerial photo.

lol, they showed that long ride to get there, they must have taken the scenic route.

What really sucks is there are some really good ideas for interesting shows that are real reality that we are missing for these shows that should be on MTV.
