Anyone of the former users of DSC forums tried to post any thoughts about the programming they are suddenly taking the comments pages down quite a few times becuase of poeple so upset that the show has been canceled. Makes me laugh that the highers ups didn't realize the flack they'd get for taking away this show... I think it's going to end up the NEW COKE version of television progamming...
Because they are enforcing a monitored format, posing there topics, an selectively taking down the site or changing the lead topic when the blowback get too heavy about the canceling or their line-up of current shows..
I thought the link to Discovery discussion forums had been dead since they shut them down??? I have never seen them reactivated - only the down for maintenance smoke screen.

I would have really liked to have seen a show with Paul Jr and his team after the win. Also I would have liked to see Jason, and Jessie crying their eyes out. Do you think Jason and Jessie collaberated on their bike designs? They both looked like the same design with a little different paint and few different bling items hung on.

Discovery cancelled this show and is airing... .. Amish... Mafia? Are you freaking kidding? What I have discovered is the people at Discovery have lost their minds. Cancel AC. That's fine. It was kind of long in the tooth. Just put on another show worthy to replace it. Gold Rush - good show. Bering sea gold - ok show. Moonshiners - fake as hell, but ok to watch. Amish Mafia? Embarrassing.

Discovery is worse than what O.C.C. was. It's a big tuurd swirling around the commode before it gets flushed. Immoral acts realified for entertainment. How can they possibly flush themselves farther an faster than they already are.

Worst decision Discovery has made, they will regret canceling this show. It was the only decent show worth watching. I have no reason to watch Discovery Channel anymore.

Wow, what a loss. Really looked forward to the new episodes of American Chopper. It's a shame that Discovery Channel is killing off a great show. Would hope that Discovery Channel finds a new venue for Paul Jr. What a talent in designing motorcycles & cars. He deserves a show of his own.

I hope this show will return in some form. There is so much left like when will Jr. and Rachel have a baby, what has happened to Sr's wife (we haven't seen her for quite a while). Please Discovery, don't kill your golden goose.

I enjoyed seeing how the bikes came together in design and functionality. I particularly marveled at the Creative genious Paul Jr demostrated in his desiigns. Paul Jr.'s Designs,the BEST! Always something new. Not the same old same ole... Will miss the show a great deal. I wish all of them well.

Watching last night's end just made me remember what a jerk Sr was and is, really believe he was jealous of his son's design ability and getting credit for it. Hey senior get on one of your hogs or in your fancy cars and hopefully ride into the sunset your finished as a father and a celebrity. Hopefully Jr gets another show on his own. Was amazing how he just designed and built with out blue prints, while his father just criticized. When he hired guys to be bosses over junior and Mike that's when they should have left.

We will really miss the American Choppers...I HOPE ANOTHER NETWORK PICKS THE SHOW UP! Not much left to continue watching the Discovery Channel. Cancelling Mike Rowe and American Choppers was a mistake in my opinion. Amish Mafia is a joke. I cannot believe that Discovery would promote that type of show in a time when people are killing people and children in Malls and Schools. Very sad Discovery!!!

Paul Jr, Rachel, Mickey you are the best. We love you and enjoyed watching you. We will miss watching PJ Designs and American Chopper. Going through withdrawal now. All your shows were our favorites. Loved all the bikes but the copper bike, 1 and 2 buildoff bikes were great along with the 9-11 bike. No one can hold a candle to you. Superior builders and we wish you nothing but the best. We are very sorry to see you go. The very best show and I know discovery will suffer for not continuing your show or a spin off of it. Who wants to watch Amish Mofia. We have enough violence do not need more. We will not watch Discovery anymore. We waited for your shows. Good TV We hope to keep in touch with P J Designs Congradulations on your second win. They plucked the heart out of the Discovery Channel when ended this show. Honestly there is not s single reason to continuw to watch their programming... The channel need C.P.R. or it will be D.O.A. B.T.W. fellow AC fans don't forget to send flowers to its funeral.

I've really enjoyed this show and am sorry to see it go. I am glad that Paul Jr/ and Paul Sr. are on friendly terms. I wish them the best. I am quite concerned about their ability to continue business without the show and, even more so, the likelihoods of many of the cast members. I think Jason Fool (sic) can take his act on the road with a freak show. He is a talented graphics artist, but hard to listen to. Paul, all kidding aside, I hope you and your Father pay attention to the Women in your life. They have stood beside you through thick and thin. They are your most important assets. Good luck. Oh, I forgot. I will also miss Mike. It's been rather good watching Mike mature into a lost sole into a productive member of society. I think he has potential and has show the most character on the show with regards to dealing with his life.

I loved this show and then watched as the producers put conflict over creativity. Regardless I watched every episode including last night. I wish them well. If they resurface I hope it's with dignity.

I loved the show. Then, I hated the show. Then, I just wanted to see how it would end. It just shows how difficult it is for family members to work together - especially once there is major financial success. Good luck to both companies.
